Birthday
The crew of a spaceship is sitting around a table. There is a birthday cake on the table along with presents, streamers, balloons, and party hats. A sign on the wall shows the ship's current velocity of 99.999999% the speed of light. Text on image: "Do we really have to do the birthday thing every day?"

Notes

Today is my birthday, so I figured I'd celebrate with a comic. I don't have much to say about it except that relativity is weird, and the time dilation part especially fascinates me. What does a birthday even mean in an age of space travel? Sci-fi works often have future humans continue to use Earth-based units of measurement, but that's more for the reader than in service of the characters. Why would a person who wasn't born on Earth, nor even been to Earth, use such systems? The results would be absurd. But if not Earth, then what? I can't even imagine.
